Irregular Perfect: Organic Shapes in Design

Over the past few years, organic shapes were seen popping up everywhere – in Workshop/APD designs and beyond. A departure from the sharp, rectilinear forms found in many modern spaces, these elements add curvy contrast and approachable, livable softness. Below, we’ve gathered a few of our favorite examples, found in homes from New York City to Nassau, the Bahamas. 

Borderless “blob” mirrors epitomize today’s organic design trend. With no clear shape, these subversive reflectors convey limitlessness.
