As an architectural designer at Workshop/APD, Mariah Langlois supports a range of projects through research, analysis, and conceptual development. A graduate of Lehigh University’s undergraduate architecture program, she also holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University, where hands-on design/build experiences shaped her appreciation for collaboration, craft, and the realities of building.
Prior to joining Workshop/APD, Mariah gained experience in both professional and academic studio settings, including work at a boutique New York–based practice and a role focused on research-driven and exhibition design. Mariah approaches architecture as an act of listening and translation, focused on creating work that is specific to each client and context. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, stained glass, furniture design, painting, and spending time outdoors – interests that reflect her love of making and material exploration.
