What seemed like an excuse to play Minecraft during the school day turned into a genuine interest in building and creating when Kokeith Perry enrolled in drafting class during his junior year of high school. From there, it was off to Syracuse University, where the designer earned his Bachelor of Architecture with minors in philosophy and visual culture. After graduating, Kokeith began his career with an internship at Studio O+A in San Francisco, eventually transitioning to a full-time position. In his time there, he focused on workplace design for major tech companies throughout Silicon Valley, as well as several start-ups. At Workshop/APD, Kokeith is expanding into residential and hospitality projects, exploring the world of adaptive reuse and finding inspiration in clients’ personalities and art collections.
