Workshop Collection National Sales Manager Ben Paciello began his career in furniture in 2004 as interim manager at the Ralph Lauren Home Chicago flagship store. In 2011, he made the jump to becoming the first store-based operations manager for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Over the years, he developed a passion not only for the design world, but also for the relationship-building aspect of a career helping trade clients to create spaces that uniquely reflect their voice. Ben serves as the first point of contact for Workshop Collection, overseeing the NYC showroom and other sales channels, and guiding clients through the specification process from start to finish. Ben also collaborates with Workshop/APD’s product design and development team on a wide range of responsibilities and projects, from the development of order and customization SOP to systems implementation, client outreach and order fulfillment. Outside of supporting designers, Ben spends his leisure time playing with his dog, Arthur.
