X Phoenix

All our XCo Flagship projects lie at the intersection of creativity, health, and wellness. These curated communities for collaborators, makers, and doers who want to connect and inspire each other feature dynamic public areas and extraordinary amenities designed for a new way of living, working and co-existing. Tasked with designing the lobby, bar & lounge, fitness center, coworking spaces, and all the public area in between, Workshop/APD designed creatively stimulating spaces that are conducive to social interactions. Other amenities include performance space, pool deck, roof terrace, private offices, artist and podcast studios. At each of the Xco locations, the interior design scheme pulls inspiration directly from the local culture. In Phoenix, bright neutrals reference the deserts and rock formations of the region.
