Baum Boulevard Development

For the second phase of Pittsburgh co-living development Baumhaus, Workshop/APD joined a new residential development to the existing property with a glass skybridge, expanding the community and amenity packages for each building. The new building shares Baumhaus 1’s design language with a coordinating brick and metal façade and a central courtyard that optimizes light, views and greenspace. In addition to a spa, gym, and lounge, Baumhaus 2’s rooftop deck features a swimming pool and entertaining areas, as well as flexible spaces that can be activated for pop-up dining concepts brand outposts and more to enhance on-site programming for residents.
