Cambridge Duplex

Workshop/APD reimagined this Cambridge duplex as a light-filled, contemporary residence. A full renovation opened the floor plan and enlarged the stair, creating a sculptural yet functional space for clients seeking a modern, seamless living. Throughout the apartment, soft curves and custom millwork bring a sense of continuity to a once-compartmentalized layout. A refined palette of white oak, antique brass, and polished plaster grounds the design in warmth, while river views and natural materials tie the interiors to the landscape beyond.
