Le Depot is an upscale, modern French brasserie serving breakfast through dinner, offering Park City patrons an elevated yet approachable dining experience. Set within a historic train depot, the interior draws from both its railway past and the influence of Chef Galen Zamarra’s years in France. The design balances European brasserie tradition with the rugged character of the American West through a restrained material palette of warm woods, patinated metals, and tailored upholstery. Spatial planning supports a range of experiences from morning to evening, while integrated graphic elements subtly reinforce the narrative. The result is a cohesive, grounded interior that reflects both place and cuisine.
