For Carton Brewing Company’s first location on the famed Jersey Shore, Workshop/APD adapted the craft brewers’ turn-of-the-century red brick warehouse  to accommodate a state-of-the-art system and the enthusiastic customers pouring in to sample their wares. The modern building echoes the neighborhood’s industrial roots, with textural steel cladding and expansive windows.
