West Chelsea Boutique Development

At No.29 in Chelsea, we transformed a nondescript prewar building into a boutique luxury residential development with six luxurious full-floor and duplex apartments. The building’s glass façade features a striking irregular pattern of angled metal louvers below the setback on the main northern profile, while the western elevation has a mix of windows and stone panels.
