Our concept for an ultra high-end residential development on the exclusive Albany harbor was thoughtfully designed to fit the premier, fan-shaped site. A series of soaring vertical masts frame sweeping views from each residence while providing inhabitants with the ultimate luxury- privacy.  The serene, subtle design and palette pull further inspiration from the Bahamas’ stunning coastline, pulling in the hues, shapes and textures of local flora and fauna, tidal patterns and natural materials.
