166 Crosby Street Renovation

The entry of 166 Crosby Street is an undeniable snapshot of downtown New York City. With prominent columns, long windows, terracotta ceilings, beautiful exposed brick and a natural concrete floor, the landmarked building retains much of its 1900 NoHo glory. Workshop/APD’s lobby redesign complements its classical features while adding warmth and modernity to the space. Where concrete, brick, and black metal evoke an industrial feel, decorative lighting, slatted mahogany millwork and abundant foliage, and an integrated coffee shop create a welcoming tone.
