For Union Patisserie, a café inspired by the convivial spirit of a Parisian corner bistro, Workshop/APD crafted a brand identity that blends salon culture, café society, and playful indulgence. The concept embraces everyday rituals of gathering, conversation, and leisurely dining, expressed through an exuberant visual language. A custom brand pattern wraps counter service items and packaging, turning everyday disposables into collectible moments of brand expression. Seasonal programming informed the brand’s extension into guest experiences, from artisanal ice creams, and sorbets in warmer months to hot chocolate service and warmed cookies in winter.
