Le Depot is an upscale, modern French brasserie serving breakfast through dinner, offering Park City patrons an elevated yet approachable dining experience. Workshop/APD’s branding approach was shaped by Chef Galen Zamarra’s formative years living and working in France under some of the world’s most celebrated chefs, paired with the romance and nostalgia of the historic train depot in which the restaurant resides. The resulting brand identity bridges European culinary tradition with the rugged charm of the American West. Visual language pulls from Parisian brasserie typography, railway ephemera, vintage travel graphics, and classic café culture, reinterpreted through a contemporary hospitality lens. Deliverables included logo design, identity systems, menus, signage, digital assets, and environmental brand applications that together create a transportive dining experience grounded in both place and cuisine.
