Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Senior Designer Stephanie Yaeger brings six years of experience in high-end residential architecture to Workshop/APD. She earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in architecture from Roger Williams University before joining a New York-based firm, where she focused on luxury homes around Saratoga Lake and Lake George. Stephanie’s interest in architecture began in high school, where a design-focused class sparked her passion for the field. Her experience also includes work on modern residences in Austin, Texas, where she was involved in every phase of the design process—from initial proposals to construction documents.
Stephanie joined Workshop/APD in 2025, drawn to the firm’s modern aesthetic and eager to expand her practice in high-end residential design at a larger scale. Her work allows her to explore new locations including Nantucket, overseeing construction documentation and coordination, while also mentoring junior team members. Outside of the studio, she enjoys golfing, cooking, and exploring New York’s restaurant scenes. A former college field hockey player, she’s always up for a game—and hopes to one day have enough time to finally get a dog.
