Raised just outside of Boston, Rosie Jimenez’s interest in design began in a high school architecture class chosen to fulfil a freshman art requirement. Her interest turned into independent study later in her high school career, providing an opportunity to work on more complex projects. Rosie’s passion brought her to Tulane University in new Orleans, where she earned a BS in architecture, and an appreciation for residential work. Her college experience – which covered everything from structural design to interiors- helped steer her towards a career as an interior designer, and she has since contributed to a broad spectrum of commercial and residential projects.
Rosie’s aesthetic aligns with Workshop/APD’s philosophy of intentional, modern design, defined by statement pieces and unique elements. In her role at the firm, she enjoys sourcing materials and furnishings, developing budgets, and creating dynamic presentations for clients. She finds inspiration in nature and enjoys hiking and walking. In her free time, Rosie loves cooking, baking, knitting, and listening to music.
