The Printing House

For the reinvention of The Printing House in New York’s trendsetting West Village, Workshop/APD devised 64 light-filled, loft-like duplex residences with modern finishes along with a sleek lobby and world-class amenities. The result is a dramatic departure from the previous iteration’s dim, compressed apartments, still recalls the build’s original industrial use and charm.
