Maxwell Janowski was raised in Oak Park, Illinois, a Chicago suburb that has produced creative icons including Frank Lloyd Wright and Ernest Hemingway. Inevitably drawn to the arts, Maxwell went on to earn a BFA in Digital Art & Design from Pace University. From there, he held roles in event design, TV set design, furniture design, and eventually interior design. Gaining residential experience at small firms in New York, he realized that the project management aspect of his work satisfied him most. Maxwell is passionate about the ability of planning and logistics to bring designs that exceed client expectations to fruition. Continuously drawn to the sublime, Maxwell spends much of his time in nature, kayaking, hiking and camping.
