As a designer in Workshop/APD’s Minneapolis, MN office, Jono Decipeda brings a thoughtful, technically-grounded approach to residential design, with a particular focus on the clarity and precision of architectural representation. Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Jono moved to Cleveland, Ohio at a young age and earned both his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. His broad professional experience spans architectural roles in outdoor media and housing development, where he developed a strong technical foundation and exposure to large-scale, highly visible projects. Prior to joining Workshop/APD, Jono worked on high-end residential projects in the Twin Cities, further refining his sensitivity to detail and client-driven design. At the firm, he contributes to the development of complex residential work, with an emphasis on producing cohesive, highly legible drawing sets that communicate design intent with clarity. His interest in both visual composition and process-driven craft informs his approach to design. Outside of work, Jono enjoys photography and baking, often experimenting with new recipes.
